December 6th is still a special day for me - on this day (6 December 1997, Concordia University, Montreal) I defended my (second) PhD dissertation in theoretical physics with highest distinction; the first was in philosophy of science (4 March 1988, Sofia), after a MSc in theoretical physics (University of Sofia).
