At the conference in Thessaloniki Svetla and I had the chance to speak with the Bulgarian Patriarch Daniil - His Holiness Patriarch Daniil of Bulgaria - we discussed several topics mostly about the role of the Church in these difficult times and about the principled and uncompromising position of the church leaders. The next conference may be held in Sofia and we intend to be even more actively involved.

The conference ended with a concert - before the concert photographers took pictures of Patriarch Bartholomew; Svetla and I were on the fourth raw.
